Do I need to be home?
No. If the yard is safely accessible, service can happen while you are out.

What happens with the waste?

Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes. One-time cleanups are common for spring thaw, parties, move-outs, new homes, or yards that fell behind.
What happens in rain or snow?
Weather can affect route timing. If conditions make service unsafe or ineffective, the visit can be adjusted.
Are there contracts?
